That's what Faiz thinks of his recently reinstated blog. At the age of 23, he believes that writing is the most efficient way to express the feelings crammed inside one's heart. Being a final year medical student himself, he can never deny the frenzied life he's currently living on but life goes on and that's it. Apart from his hectic life, he always finds the time to go on with his hobbies, netsurfing and chatting being the most prominent ones. Harini bersemangat bangun awal pagi nak ambik case baru kat hospital. Memula nak ambik sorang patient yang ada carcinoma of the cervix skali dia orang dr Greece lak, tak tau english, arab pun kurang. Terus ambik case Ovarian Cyst.
Summary of the case : Miss Khulud Obeidat, 34 yrs old female, single, a factory worker was admitted into the hospital 2 days ago, suspected from endometriosis and ovarian cysts. She had persistent irregular menses for the last two years after having the removal of a 7.4 cm right ovarian cyst two years ago. She did undergo laparoscopy yesterday, and was diagnosed to have adhesions and bilateral ovarian cysts. Upon physical examination, she did really well today - normal vital signs, but with slight abdominal tenderness on the suprapubic region upon superficial and deep palpation. Blood was taken for analysis. She was given IV injection of analgesia today to relieve the pain. She'll be discharged and put on elective adhesiolysis procedure later on.
Doc cam kurang puas hati, mane taknye, history aku mmgla tak lengkap (lambat ambik jadi tak sempat siapkan history), jadi memandai2 la tambah positive signs etc haha.. mrasalah doc menghentak2 buku kat meja hehe. Nasib baik summary je dia mintak jd tak payahla nak present case panjang2 dgn analysis of chief complaint etc.. Tak sempat tengok file pesakit ni pun sebab tergesa2. hehe. Mrasalah bangun lambat lagi.
